1. Reduce or avoid welds in critical components of equipment
We have multiple world-leading extreme manufacturing machines, allowing us to offer solutions unavailable elsewhere - such as seamless forged rings up to 22 m in diameter. This design eliminates or reduces welds compared to conventional approaches. In nuclear power, hydropower, and petrochemical applications, weld-free or low-weld forgings significantly enhance equipment safety.
2. Reduce the procurement cost or shorten the construction period of overweight forgings
Our extensive experience in radial and axial rolling allows us to manufacture in sizes and shapes close to finished products through specific designs and tooling. This approach dramatically reduces material usage and accelerates production.
3. Forging parts replace casting parts for longer service life
Forged parts usually perform better in service life because this process can significantly reduce defects such as looseness and porosity caused by casting. Our forged wheel belt for cement and paper making has been widely used by customers such as thyssenkrupp and Sinoma.
4. Homogenized manufacturing of large forgings of special alloy
Once the weight of steel ingots of some alloys becomes larger, it is difficult to ensure homogenization. For this type of alloy, we have cooperated with the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and used new metal construction technology to solve the homogenization problem. It has been successfully applied to nuclear power grade products and has withstood the most stringent tests and tests.
