A Business That's Part of Society
Creating a fulfilling workplace

Children represent humanity's future. We regularly open our facilities to local schools, giving young minds firsthand exposure to the awe-inspiring beauty of industrial engineering. These experiences plant the seeds of scientific curiosity and help children dream bigger dreams.
The Iraeta Sunshine Charity Foundation, established in 2013 through joint employee-company initiative, focuses on left-behind children and elderly communities. To date, we've provided various forms of assistance to over 300 individuals in need.
At its core, industry exists to create better, more convenient lives. In addition to delivering innovative products, we actively foster positive relationships with the government, the general public and local residents - creating employment opportunities and providing services to the community.
We genuinely care for every employee and monitor their family circumstances closely. For staff facing poverty, hardship or major accidents, we provide whatever additional support we can.
At Iraeta, whether you work in offices or workshops, everyone has a path to senior management. We've established master craftsman studios in key areas, with dedicated facilities to encourage both vertical expertise development and horizontal knowledge sharing.
We focus on integrating, training and developing young employees. November 16th is designated as New Staff Day, when all departments and senior colleagues are encouraged to support newcomers and reject workplace bullying.
Our staff enjoy recreational and sports facilities, with annual events including fun sports days and National Day celebrations. Employees have formed their own football and basketball teams that regularly compete against other companies.
We're proud to be a family-friendly employer. Every year on June 1, we hold a Family Open Day, where family members can tour our facilities, learn about our corporate strategy, and help us build a culture of safety in the workplace.
The forging industry has traditionally been a predominantly male sector. But in Iraeta, a large number of women can be seen from the office to the workshop. Traditionally male-dominated, the forging industry sees strong female representation at Iraeta - from offices to workshops. We maintain inclusive, equitable workplaces with facilities such as lactation rooms that recognize the equal potential of women in leadership and technical roles.
As a forging specialist, we prioritize wellbeing. Through continuous training and a dedicated HSE department, we proactively identify and mitigate workplace risks to eliminate potential hazards.
