Powered by Super Equipment: Giant "Golden Cudgel" Forged at Iraeta Jining Facility
A colossal "Golden Cudgel"—24.6 meters in blank length and 11 tons in weight—was recently forged and rolled off the production line at Iraeta’s Jining manufacturing base.
The "Golden Cudgel"—Sun Wukong’s legendary staff from Journey to the West—needs no introduction. Fabled for its mythical proportions, this magical weapon stretches over 2 zhang (6.7 meters) and tips the scales at 13,500 jin (6.75 tons). Little Yimei couldn’t help but mentally calculate: Iraeta’s newly forged super bar measures 3.5 times the length and 1.6 times the weight of the legendary Golden Cudgel.
The project demanded extreme precision and equipment resilience, pushing Iraeta’s manufacturing infrastructure to its limits.
Upon securing the order, Iraeta’s Jining subsidiary prioritized the project, with engineers conducting multiple process validations. Leveraging state-of-the-art equipment and decades of forging expertise, they successfully produced an ultra-long bar that met customer specifications.
Currently, Iraeta boasts two world-class super machines: one is the RAW2500/1250-16000/3000 ring and cylinder rolling machine, which previously manufactured the internet-famous "Qiankun Ring" with a 16-meter hot-state diameter; the other is the GFM RF100 2000T radial precision forging machine that produced this ultra-long "Golden Cudgel," capable of processing various forged bars up to 25 meters in length and 1.2 meters in diameter.
