On the morning of October 19, 2022, the "Quancheng Women's Law Popularization Lecture Hall Grassroots Tour" sponsored by Jinan Women's Federation entered Iraeta. Li Wenlei, a fourth-level investigator of Jinan Zhangqiu District Women's Federation, Zhang Yun, president of Jinan Zhangqiu District Guanzhuang Street Women's Federation, Qi Shuzhen, a member of the propaganda committee of the party working committee and deputy director of the social affairs office, Li Hui, a senior partner of Grandall Legal Group Firm (Jinan), and Wan Yuli, president of Iraeta's labor union, attended the event, and Li Yumei, president of Iraeta Women's Federation, presided over the event.

Li Huai brought a unique general law lecture through vivid language and real cases. Everyone was deeply inspired and said that the content of this lecture was close to life, close to personal interests and very practical. Not only changed some vague understanding of legal issues in the past, but also learned to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

At the end of the activity, Iraeta Women's Federation President Li Yumei and Trade Union President Wan Yuli said that the lecture given by lawyer Li Hui was in-depth, with both theoretical depth and case analysis, which profoundly interpreted the legal knowledge related to the field of marriage and family, and played a good role in promoting the rule of law literacy and rights protection awareness of female workers in Iraeta.

This law promotion lecture activity has effectively enhanced the awareness of the rule of law and the ability to protect the rights of female workers in Iraeta, and created a good atmosphere of respecting, learning, understanding and using the law in the enterprise.
